Description
Redaction of Safety Report in French language. Based on French guidelines and decrees (Circular May 10, 2010 and law September 29, 2005) and relevant SEVESO normative, ICARO performed entire study, assessing all the steps:
- Hazard Identification (HAZOP and preliminary Risk Assessment, Historical accident analysis) for major accident event identification
- Detailed risk analysis (PHAST fire, explosion, Toxic modeling for consequence severity assessment, domino effects)
- Risk reduction measures (preventive and mitigation barriers) identification and evaluation, specific for each major accident event
